crimes Keith S. Armstrong , 65, of Buckeye, Maricopa County, Arizona, United States is a music teacher at Legacy Traditional School – West Surprise in Surprise, Maricopa County. He owns A'S Band Instrument Repair , which is based in Buckeye. Aside from Buckeye, Armstrong has lived in other parts of Arizona including Maricopa, Phoenix and Tonopah. From 1973 to 1976, he went to Camelback High School in Phoenix. From 1979 to 1981, Armstrong attended Grand Canyon University in Phoenix where he earned his bachelor's degree in music education.
